How to Submit your Poster
Description: Poster submission typically presents ongoing work and preliminary results, and should be within the scope of USCN 2023 symposium. It must be of high quality, and original, and should not have been presented elsewhere. However, the authors are free to use their content presented at this symposium for substantially modified, more comprehensive future publications elsewhere.
Language: The language of poster presentation must be in English.
Length: Cannot exceed 2 pages.
Format: Must adhere to the template guidelines provided (see below).
Deadline:
Poster authors will need to bring a physical poster that can be displayed during the poster session at the symposium.

Download templates: Abstract and Poster.
Size: A0 size, portrait: 841 mm (W) x 1189 mm (H). Make sure your poster is designed and printed according to these dimensions.
Structure: Title, Author, Abstract, Introduction and Objectives, Methods, Results or Findings, Discussion, Summary/Conclusions, Acknowledgements, and References.
Author: Your name, faculty advisor's name, name of collaborators (if any), and affiliation of all authors.
Text and Figures:
Language: The language of poster presentation must be in English.

Deadline:
- Submit your abstract by O̶c̶t̶o̶b̶e̶r̶ ̶1̶6̶,̶ ̶2̶0̶2̶3̶ November 5, 2023 (extended).
- Submit your electronic file of abstract and full poster by November 10, 2023 by email to Agusta Samodra Putra ([email protected]), to be printed in the symposium handbook.

Text and Figures:
- Choose a font size and style that can be read easily from a distance.
- Don't mix fonts, choose one font for all text blocks in the entire poster. You may wish to use a second font for title, headings, figures, and tables.
- Use only 2 or 3 colors and avoid overly bright colors.
- Avoid large blocks of text. Instead, use bulleted statements.
- Images should be at least 100dpi and the same size they will be on the poster.
- Graphs should be simple and clean with precise captions. Keep captions/legends short (10-25 words).
